NEWS - we are officially PAC approved for 2010
IMPORTANT and New Policy for 2010: As always stall reservations are recommend, however reserving/holding
stalls will require payment in advance of either mailing a check or providing a credit card. NOTE:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT the weekend of the show. Credit cards are only to reserve/hold
stalls, if you choose to use a credit card to reserve stalls be prepared to pay for your stalls at the show with a check
or cash. To reserve your stalls contact Kathy lkberger@sbcglobal.net OR 586-484-5521. If you have reserved stalls but are unable to attend PLEASE call 24 hours prior to the event (Thursday
PM) to cancel your stalls. We reserve the right to cash your check or charge your credit card if you do not cancel in advance
(this will be the only situation when we will actually run a credit card). We have
3 contacts available to take your stall cancellation: 586-484-5521, 517-490-1607 or 517-719-2329. Remember we will always
have stalls available, however if you are unable to reserve in advance we cannot guarantee group stalling. Thank you
in advance for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to the 2010 show season!! HAPPY AND SAFE RIDING

banquet invites have been mailed however the banquet date on the invites are incorrect, the correct date is Sunday
Nov1st NOT Nov 8th - Again the correct date for our Member Banquet is Sunday Nov 1st.

our member banquet date has been set for this year, it is Sunday November
1st 2009, it will be held at the same place as last year (Delta Community Center) in Delta Township. Invites with more
details and directions will be mailed.

Well another show season has come and gone, where did the season go?? LMHA borad members would like to thank everybody
who particpated in our shows this season, it was truly a pleasure. Thanks to all of you we had a very sucsessful year
for which we are happy to say we are able to return next year. Another BIG thanks also to all of our workers we honestly
could not have done it without you. On another note points for the August show weekend will be posted soon.
Member year end points will be posted at a later date.

that you will have stalls with your friends be sure to make your stall reservation by Wednesday 8-27-09. See you all soon

- Whata-ya know our first show is under our belts, what a great weekend it was, thankfully it turned
out to be a safe and eventful weekend and the weather "WOW" we could not have ordered better weather,
well maybe not Sunday but hay it could have been worse, it could have snowed!! LMHA would like to thank everyone
who participated at our show, we greatly appreciate your support and for choosing to spend the weekend with all of us!! WE
WILL SEE YA ALL IN MAY - Points should be tabulated and posted within the next couple of weeks .

counting WOO HOO - LMHA is so excited for show season to start and we are looking forward to seeing all of our riding
friends again, we hope you can make it back this year.

Riding!! Well its just about a month before our first show so it's time to post a couple of important reminders:
*COGINS,
a current (2009) negative cogins is required at every show.
*SHOW ARRIVAL TIME: arrival time is 2:00pm on the Friday of each show weekend, early
arrivals will be charged extra, thank you in advance for your cooporation.
*STALL RESERVATION: LMHA will be assigning and reserving stalls in advance again
this year. We will always have stalls available with or without an advance reservation however we do reccomend reserving
in advance specifically if you are coming with a group as we cannot guarantee GROUP STALLING if not reserved in
advance. Stall reservation must be made by Wednesday before the show weekend, thank you.
3-7-09 EXCITING NEWS 
- LMHA will be sponsoring a one day trail ride this year, the specific's are not yet determined
however we will update the website when date, time and location are set, also flyers and registration forms will be available
at our first show. 2-8-09 WELCOME to
our new web site with a fresh new look and new pages to browse. Thank you for your patience, it is complete however in
re-designing the site the only thing we lost were all the pictures in the photo gallery, so if you have any pictures you
would like to share from the 2008 show season please e-mail them to
HAPPY ♥ DAY & THINK SPRING 2-10-09 ATTN:2009 Exhibitors, become an LMHA member and you could earn a brand new work saddle. We will be awarding not one
but two new work saddles this year, one for the adult and one for the youth member with highest overall year end points,
so come show with us and become a member, you won't regret it!! The saddles will be on display at our April show.
