R U L E S

General and VERY BASIC rules to follow are:

1. Arrival day: Friday of the show weekend

2. TIME: after 2:00 pm (EARLY ARRIVALS unacceptable)

3. Showing out of trailer at the North end (indoor arena) is prohibited.

4. Showing out of trailer at the South end (outdoor arena) is allowed.

5. We are proud to be a family oriented association for which we conduct ourselves as such and expect the same from our members and exhibitors. Treat others and your horse as you would expect to be treated, LMHA accepts nothing less!

6. Obscene or vulgar language is offensive and will not be tolerated.

7. Alcoholic beverages on the premises is prohibited by Ingham County Fair Grounds.

The Show Committee reserves the right to ask an individual to leave when ANY of the above rules are not adhered to.

AWARDS > For Member Year-End awards we award high point exhibitor for 1^st – 4^th in the following divisions. *Lead Line, * Pee Wee Walk 10 & Under, *Walk Trot 12 & Under, *Walk Trot 13 & Over, *13 & Under, *14-18, *19 - 39, *40 & Over, *Pony/Mini, *Gaited, * Driving, * JR Horse and * SR Horse! For Year End award you must declare one division with the exception of JR and SR Horse and Pony/Mini. NOTE: to be eligible for a LMHA year end award, the member is required to show under a minimum of four judges during the current year show season. v NEW FOR 2011> Year End Member Saddle Give Away – we are awarding two 16” work saddles, one to the 2011 member who earned the MOST all around points (total combined points including points earned outside their age division i.e JR & SR divisions). Second is a saddle give away drawing for any 2011 member exhibitor who showed under a minimum of eight judges during current show season only, those eligible members will be entered in the drawing which will take place at the year end banquet. NOTE: If a Member has earned any saddle award within five years (2006-2010) he/she is not eligible for any saddle award for said current year 2011. Also all year end awards including the saddle give aways are for one rider/horse combination!
